road run was bad.placed 15th i think, fell short of 10th by abt 12secs.
looks like hard work really does pay off.shld have done upslope sprints in the morning

and today was qte demoralizing
training was alright til the k21000mtimetrial, where i totally died out from the start
tried to recover, but just wasnt enough. and seeing zhunghows k1 not far behind us durin the set makes me feelreal sucky
