updatez long overdue, so here it is.its not anything happy anyway:(

stupid virus is making my world go haywire,and i do hope it goes away asap, like right now if possible because its making me feel really weird.
1)ive lost my rather monstrous appetite, which i dont want to, cause i like food

so an update, just to keep my near-death-but-not-dead blog alive

last sundays 4-4 er, campout(sorry its a tent, i cant call it a chalet.haha) at east coast was great as always. and its funny how we got the same ol bbq pit 78G as last year, WHICH IS LIKE IN NO MANS LAND. and directly below the flightpath of planes. i counted over 40 that night sianzz kept me from sleeping even tho i was honestly really tired from training that day

and then eugene/wilson/junlong/weiliang/me went for some night cycling. east coast carpark g > f > e > d > c > b > a > kallang > sg river > bridge > suntec city > war memorial > somewhere > somewhere > lost > somehow backtracked > all the way to carls jr > 4am breakfast @carls jnr > race to camp site > shower > SLEEP.
left me with a stupid nasty buttache that tormented me for two days when i was sitting in my kayak during training. but still, it was fun haha

okay and im actually looking forward to cca camp. havent had a camp in ages

so math today was kinda expected, which = complete disaster
but forget about it, time for physicsss, which is like another one of my weaker subjects.bah
and i dont know why im up at ungodly hours like 3am for schooldays and why im feeling so full of energy at 1am right now.

if i examine my sleeping pattern ( which is monday morning 130am-6am, afternoon 3pm-8pm, tuesday morning 2am-6am, afternoon 5pm-8pm, today morning 3am-6am, and i think i fell asleep on the couch from 830pm-1030pm just now? )
i can observe no trends, which means my body clock is effectively ruined for this period of time, and i hope it adjusts back by friday aafternoon or ill probably drop dead on the first day back to trng (shudder.)

okay and so i'm going overseas on wednesday for wcc.be back on monday. no lessons on wed, thurs, fri, mon hehe. i'm happy bout skipping school, but not that happy after thinking bout how much i'll miss out in terms of studies. especially after i found out today that i've got to work quite hard to meet promotion criteria. suckssssssssss totallyyyy la. to know that you're so bad that you'll even have trouble "meeting the minimum expectations to further your education."

well so national canoeing champs are over.
and it wasn't a real good race for me. but ohwell at least i know where i stand right now.
taking a singles race is so much different from doubles.
nerves nerves, and that stupid uber strong headwind/sidewind.
blowing everyone here and there. i think it caused so many false starts that a couple of people got disqualified.

and chma this year was good. i think this year's graduating batch has lotsa talent for music. haha
plus the hidden attacks on teachers made in the opening parts of songs or wtv.
but i cant help but thinking theres a huge lack of respect in the students. like whattheheck if the host tells you to stop throwing lightsticks and postcards around esp not at the guest performers/principal whythehell are you throwing even more of em . and dont be moronic, cause obviously those postcards have sharp edges and hurt when they hit someone. and if they hit someone in the audience like a elderly i saw there its not gonna be nice.i'm not being some saint cause ive had my fair share of misdeeds when i was in the school but what i saw at chma was really brainless.hopefully cathigh wont turn into some messed up school next time.

and i'm kinda sad that i've missed so many outings and events like homecoming this year due to other commitments. aye i miss 4-4'07. i wouldnt really mind repeating another year in chs with you guys. haha more gatherings in the future eh.

and i apologise to all those people whose smses i didnt reply!a big sorry. haha. cause im so tired that most of the time when i have time off i just sleep and i end up neglecting my handphone. ill reply them next time i promise. haha

hello people. seeing that there's been an excessive number of you cursing and what-not at my tagboard, ill update. but there's no interesting stuff that's being posted. no posts regarding one day in minshing's life - which i think is rather interesting - but oh well. just boring rants.

er. so today was a saturday. and it was spent at home , mostly reflecting on the past 6 months and what i've been exactly doing. i'm not so sure right now still, but hopefully i'll figure out the missing parts soon enough. the rest of the day i spent rotting away, watching prison break 2 (finally finished it. i need season 3!) , and basically.. lying around.

there's quite alot going on in cca now, and i'm not sure how that'll affect the cca. but yes, i hope there'll be lesser drama and stuff so that we can focus better. cca's been a big part of my college life certainly, i think i spent about half my time at macritchie or on the track or the bars, so i hope things sort out themselves soon enough.
then, there's the issue of studies. my studies are like sh*t now. seriously. i should have just put in a lil' bit of effort to catch up when i was lagging but yeap. that's another regret. time to buck up now, promos are just round the corner.

and now i've been thinking about the past 6 months. and mistakes. yea, mistakes that i've made. i've been wondering about this, wondering about that, and this seems like a small point in my life where i feel so lost. and i haven't really felt like this before. but then again there's not much meaning in thinking about stuff that has already happened. so like always. its just time to move along.

well, i'll just have to pick myself up , strengthen my resolve and focus on studies and canoeing.

i'm failing my schoolwork pretty badly, like i just got back my econs test, 6/25, maths test, 8/25, and my gp.
which i tentatively got a 0/41 for, cause i did not hand it up.

and training's tiring (since when has it not been?)
i slept from 6-6 today morning after a double combo whammy training (db&canoe)
and stupid sdba just removed all the pullup bars from their premises and got that entire area repainted and added the entrance to a armory there.okay not an armory,but godknows what they have to keep bolted up like that in a DRAGONBOAT association. maybe their national rowers. haha. and that isnt helpful at all. cause i see almost every dboater going to do pullups pre/post training.

and 400m worth of lunges + 400m worth of jumps + leg raises + airbikes + pullups + pushups + bonus exercises (ohyeah.) makes your body really sore. like my legs still feel like blocks of stone after 3days. well at least i can feel myself improving again.i think.

hello, so right now i'm alone at home while my family's out for some food.and i didnt follow cause i was lazy.
haha.laziness has been very prominent in my holidays.
like friday.class camp at east coast.a couple of guys, i'm not sure who, i think quek,wilson,jiajun and a few others managed to catch the sight of about 10 shooting stars in the early morning.while i was in the tent sleeping.but then again, i was so bloody shagged that i could only go there, bike 2hours, and sleep in the tent.

and i tell you tengwee,the tent is so bloody farout,ulu, weirdo place, that cycling there from macs itself is a bore.lol.
but its good,its directly over plane's flightpath to changi i think, which is why i saw so many planes flying right above us.(the sound sucks,really darn loud,you'll have trouble sleeping) haha.
and yongsheng and me and teng cycled(for ys,was rollerblade) to some faraway end of east coast that i didnt even know existed.
well, we managed to catch some sights of intelligent life forms there, a few humans and a dog. other than that.plants,trees,grass,and more grass.til we reached some pathway which looked really haunted,like dead grass and all and a pathway.til we decided to turn back.lol.i think ys was afraid he was gonna get raped or sth cause he cant run away fast due to his blades.
his blades,which really sucked,cause they were missing one wheel. -.-
and i learnt a couple of things that night,such as rollerblades only have one brake at one side. and those two freakin guys laughed at me when i didnt know. ha.
and then i learnt from teng that we shldnt disturb dogs at night.due to some superstition.but then again, in my book, you shldnt disturb dogs anytime.
like which dumbass wld disturb a canine when its stronger,faster,and will maul your ass if you threw sticks at it or something?!

so today, i managed to sleep til 6 in the evening again.
feels all so weird waking up and finding out its turning dark.

i'm an ex-chs student now.
in a blink of an eye, 4years have passed.

i still remember in sec1.
i was rather hesitant about coming to cathigh.cause my main aim was hci.
so i was quite sad when i learnt that cathigh was gonna be my secschool.
thus i didnt really make any close friends during sec1 i guess.
haha, kinda wasted sec1.

new year,new classmates,tablet pc!
i got to know the class better, got to know plenty of friends much better.
hafta say, some of them still remain damned great friends til now.
grades fell cause of tablet pc.
but i guess i put in some effort in the end, managed to get into double science.

sec4.4-4'07!
beginning of two great years in my school-life.
first of all, finally there was n'land people in the same class as me.
plenty of them.
haha. i loved the environment.
all the crazy stuff.
creating a hole in the ceiling, fishing with correction tape, ball fights in class, wrestling, bar activites...
they're so many and i can't even recall all of em.
all i know.is that i will definitely miss them.
4-4 has played a big part in my life, and i will never forget the memories collected.

morning - PE.
all 4-4ers were so bloody deprived of pe, two weeks without it! wtf.
so during the last period, we played rugby.
CONTACT RUGBY FINALLY. no more touch!
was kinda rough i guess, i think everyone had some bruises or knocks.
but it was great.
the whole 4-4 participated.including those standing at the sides throwing stones only! that counts as participation i guess. haha
team land vs the rest.
everyone played with so much passion. guess last day of school really triggers off something within each and everyone of us chs students.

and then, its off to the toilets!

we ended up late for the farewell assembly!

well, today.
i happened to be sick , so i didnt go to school. (:

and i woke up at 830 and it was so relaxing, the feeling.

during recess today, i tried to cut queue as the queue was so long it stretched all the way across the canteen. so this is what i told edwin my friend,

so it was as if it was written in the stars that i would get my food faster than most, as i spotted some of my other friends in the queue nearer to the front. so diary, i did what i didn't usually do very well- act. i pretended to strike a conversation with my friends in the queue but i guess my over-enthusiastic what's up must have been heard by half the queue. either that or the people behind suddenly had their view of the glorious food obstructed, along with the stalls either side, by me. and they noticed this, and perhaps/probably were not very happy with this. me, being nice kind me, was obviously very affected by this and my heart ached at the thought of these innocent beings losing this 30s of their lives and ~~perhaps~~ half their food selection.

so perhaps/probably some of them were rather perturbed by this prospect. and i guess the guy behind me with these funky orange spectacles was not very happy that this random fat guy appeared out of nowhere, so ~~he left the queue (i wish)~~ while this random fat guy ahead of him was *ahem deep in conversation with his friends, this person (hubert is his name i think. everyone now- hu??) perhaps beckoned over the (*drumroll and applause now) HEAD PREFECT, secondary 3 and 15 years of age no less, to address the frickin issue.

and so this dua pai person sauntered over, green "booking" notebook in hand to frighten the shit out of punks like me. so i

shuddered, muttered a sorry and scampered away, tail between legs.
gave him a left hook to the jaw and made off.

didn't notice his presence, even though he tried to make it as imposing as he could.

well, that's not exactly what he said. heck, that's kinda a mistake on my part, it's such an injustice to make him out as so man.

first of all, prelims3 part two tmrw.
good luck everyone,

so.
Eugene, Kevin, Aldred and me had a study session*er-hem* on saturday.

it started out pretty fine.

for roughly ten minutes i guess.

after i reached, aldred started talking about what he usually talks about, which is very very distracting.

so i plugged in earphones without any music to shut the noise, but aldred was too noisy i guess.

so maybe after one hour, we forsaked the canteen and headed for lunch.

then aldred left, so kevin and eug headed down to my place.

and instead of studying, we fiddled with music, computers and stuff.
